1) What SiamRoute is
SiamRoute provides personalized digital travel routing for Thailand. We help you plan realistic days by shaping a route around pace, travel time, and recovery.
SiamRoute may include features such as:
- day-by-day itinerary structure
- activity suggestions and pacing guidance
- activity cards with tips, details, and map links
- change tools (for example: swaps/replacements)
SiamRoute is currently in a beta/testing phase and may evolve over time.
2) What SiamRoute is not
SiamRoute does not:
- book accommodation, transport, or activities
- act as a tour operator or travel agency
- guarantee availability, pricing, opening hours, or access to third-party services
- provide medical, legal, or safety guarantees
All recommendations are informational and supportive.
3) Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- checking opening hours, entry requirements, local rules, and safety guidance
- making bookings where required
- confirming suitability of activities for your health, abilities, and circumstances
- using your judgment when following suggestions
Local conditions and availability can change at any time.
4) Changes and flexibility
If your plan allows changes (such as swaps/replacements), those changes are user-triggered. SiamRoute may suggest options, but you remain in control of what you choose.
Different products may include different levels of flexibility (for example: limited changes in The Route; expanded features in Companion when available).
5) Fair use
To keep the service reliable and high-quality for all users, we may apply reasonable safeguards against abusive usage (for example, unusually high-frequency requests that disrupt normal operation). These safeguards are intended to preserve service quality, not restrict normal use.
6) Availability and updates
We may:
- update or improve the service
- temporarily restrict access for maintenance or security
- fix bugs or adjust features during beta testing
We aim to keep SiamRoute available and stable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
7) No guarantees
We aim to provide thoughtful, realistic guidance. However, we do not guarantee: specific outcomes, satisfaction, or enjoyment; that all third-party information will remain accurate; that conditions (weather, closures, strikes, delays) will not affect your trip.
You are responsible for final travel decisions.
8) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SiamRoute is not liable for:
- closures, delays, weather disruptions, or third-party changes
- losses or costs resulting from decisions made based on itinerary suggestions
- events outside our reasonable control (including infrastructure outages)
Use of SiamRoute is at your own discretion.
