- If you have not opened your itinerary link, you may request a refund.
- Once your itinerary link is opened, the service is considered delivered and refunds are not available.
The Companion
If Companion features are purchased in the future, the same refund principle applies:
- If you have not accessed the Companion link/features, you may request a refund.
- Once Companion features are accessed or used, the service is considered delivered and refunds are not available.
Technical issues
If a technical issue prevents access to your itinerary or features, contact us at support@siamroute.com. We review genuine technical problems case by case and aim to resolve them fairly.
Digital Service Notice
SiamRoute is a personalized digital service delivered via a private link. Because delivery begins immediately and the service is tailored to you, refund and withdrawal rights may be limited once access is provided.
