With The Route, you can move activities between days anytime (unlimited moves).

You also get 1 free replacement per day.

If you need extra replacements, additional credits may be available as add-ons.

The Route includes up to 14 days.

If your trip is longer, you can choose to extend your route with additional days or continue with a 14-day plan.

If you haven't opened your itinerary link, contact support as soon as possible.

Once the link is opened or the route is used, the service is considered delivered.

SiamRoute is a one-time purchase. No recurring fees.

If a technical issue prevents access to your route, contact support.

We review genuine technical problems case by case and aim to resolve them fairly.
